How to pay on 1688 with CIEF Exchange System

Upon submitting your order on 1688, you will be directed to the checkout counter page. Here, you will find the total amount that is required for payment on the 1688 platform.



Login to CIEF Exchange System, then choose the "1688 Payment". Enter the amount you want to pay and click “Transfer Now”






Fill in your registered 1688 account ID/Username, Login password, and Alipay password

Click “Add Account” then click “CONFIRM & PROCEED”





Click “MAKE PAYMENT” and select online banking


*Note: You can choose to pay with wallet credit for a better rate.






Click “LOCK BOOKING” then click “CONFIRM BOOKING”.





Select your preferred online banking option and proceed to finalize the payment transaction. Once the payment has been successfully transferred, kindly wait for our team to make payment for you in 1688. When the CIEF team completes the transaction, they will upload a receipt and will generate the invoice for you.
