How do I check the status of a transaction in the Exchange System?

The following steps will guide you how to check the status of a transaction in the Exchange System:


Login Exchange System, then click on your booking order




This page will show the status of transaction:
If the status of the transaction shows “Processing Payment”, it means waiting for the CIEF team to approve.




If the status of transaction shows “Transferred”, it means that the payment is successfully approved and transferred
